After a big year filled with adventurous, groundbreaking work, we just found out we’ve been awarded Small Agency of the Year (Silver for the 76-150 size category) at the 2016 Ad Age Small Agency Awards.  We’re humbled and excited to share that stage with some incredibly innovative agencies, and couldn’t be more proud of our insanely hardworking team.

Why us? In addition to having some of the most wildly talented humans around, we work our tails off so we can create incredible things for beloved brands. Just in the last year, we helped launch Mr. Robot, one of the hottest TV shows around (and dropped the Season 2 premiere on social media to much fanfare), turned a school bus into a Mars rover (the biggest single winner of 2016 Cannes Lions), and just kicked off a killer campaign for Volkswagen.

To keep things interesting on a daily basis, we built out conference rooms out of an airplane hull and an old VW, built a Slack-integrated tracking system for office dogs, and launched a fake stock photography company (#AprilFools).
