Lauren Everett is ISL's VP of Operations. She oversees the business operations of ISL, including staffing, finance, human resources, office operations, as well as separately overseeing the production of experiential and video content. She thrives at streamlining processes and creating efficiencies that save both ISL and its clients from budget and resource overruns.
Prior to leading operations, Lauren co-led the Account and Project Management team at ISL, spearheading the creation of a highly successful team who manages digital, content, and experiential projects. Leading from the front, Lauren has managed projects for some of ISL's largest projects, including those for Capital One, Dell, Air Canada, Volkswagen, Kroger, Samuel Adams, and Lockheed Martin. She's done everything from procuring and flipping a 'magic' school bus to building and running a pop-up Poutinerie.
Lauren earned her Master's in PR and Corporate Communications from Georgetown University and her BA in Business Administration from Washington & Lee University. She lives in Alexandria, Virginia with her husband Matt, her rambunctious toddler Connor, and their lovable rescue dog Pepper.
