As the Social Media Agency of Record for Prestige Brands – which includes a variety of over-the-counter products including Little Remedies® – ISL had the privilege of creating a social campaign to support the launch of the brand’s NEW Advanced Colic Relief Drops, their newest remedy for soothing little tummies.

As some of you might know, colic can make babies cry ALL THE TIME, leaving new parents feeling completely helpless. So, we launched a mission to bring moms and dads a #LittleRescue when they needed it most!

First, we assembled a real-life “Rescue Team” – a group of experts in infant and child care. Enter Brad, Jane and Jenna – our gifted Swaddle, Wellness and Culinary Experts!

Next, we dispatched them to the home of a mom and baby bearing Little Remedies® products, as well as other forms of relief, including a yoga class and gourmet dinner!

We even built this awesome Bento Box-style Rescue Kit filled with goodies for both mom and baby.

We captured the rescue via a micro-video series that was on promoted on social to generate excitement and engagement around the campaign.

Then, we brought the concept to life in a 4-part video series:

We listened to social conversations, leveraging relevant hashtags and keywords to deliver real-time tips and advice, links to coupons and even free samples to customers on social. We distributed 3k samples of Little Remedies® to customers across the country and Special Rescue Kits to three lucky grand prize winners over the course of the six-week campaign.

The Results: The campaign was a success, garnering 1.4 million video views, over 400k engagements on social and 120k visits to the Little Remedies® site. Through robust, proactive community management, Little Remedies® also saw a significant increase in following across social platforms, especially Twitter which received a 34% increase in followers.
