As their social agency of record in the Mid-Atlantic, we’ve helped Pinkberry open their first of 7 stores in the region to great fanfare. Two of those openings have been the biggest and best performing of all Pinkberry stores globally.

Each of our openings have seen over 1,000+ customers who waited in line for up to 2 hours to enjoy a Pinkberry. To drive this kind of attention, ISL did not take the normal route to promote the brand. We found a magic formula in seeding 1,000s of ping pong balls in a 2 mile radius of each store – each directing finders back to our Facebook Event Page, which explained that if you brought the ball back the night of the opening, you could win a Pinkberry customized iPad2.
