Find your flavor. Which Italian region will steal your heart?
Kroger asked ISL to support their Italian World Flavor microsite and campaign via an engaging, mouth watering, and useful quiz. The quiz provided users with custom recipe suggestions and a digital postcard from their Italian region of choice based on their answers to share with friends on social media and encourage them to play as well.
Users were asked a series of questions around their preferences for Italian food, weekend activities, wine (of course!), and even landmarks. Each question featured custom photography, handmade elements, and even a custom type-face designed in-house specifically for the campaign.
The result of the quiz was unique Italian persona including Southern Surfer, Central Countryman, and Northern Explorer. The shareable travel inspired postcards were custom designed to uniquely reflect each personality and users had the option of 2 postcards per persona to choose from.
Our social content consisted of recipes from sponsored brands along with inspired gatherings recipes created by Kroger. We also featured short videos of Italian cooking hacks – how to make homemade ravioli from start to finish and interesting uses for olive oil.
