After a customer buys a Volkswagen, it’s up to the After Sales department to keep the new owner engaged with the brand. ISL was tasked with highlighting After Sales offerings like Service Xpress, easy online booking and vehicle accessories. We produced four :30s social commercials, staying true to the Volkswagen brand’s “wink and a smile” messaging.
The 4 videos earned over 2.5MM total views and 8,600+ engagements across Facebook and Twitter.
